Hi iv got a bottle of the pink chill (from co-op) for this weekend. Can anyone help me with the syn value.

It says 10.5% vol 75cl
Approx.85 cal per 125 glass

not sure about that one specifically but general rose wine is 4 1/2 per 125ml glass, which would fit the 1 syn per 20 calories rule

Yep you can just use a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories
