Quorn mince burgers

What on earth am i doing wrong here.. I thought i'd make some Quorn burgers for tonights evening meal.. I have done exactly what i do when making meat ones but substituted the mince meat for mince quorn.
I have an egg in the mixture to bind it but no matter how much i squeeze and try to stick it together, its having non of it.... any ideas?

Having never made these and cheating by buying quorn burgers - would they work if you put it through a food processor - then make them into patties and cook in the oven ?

the mince is actually mushy anyway so it wouldnt make any difference.. i'd have thought me trying to make them into patties in my hands would have bound them together but nope

Oh dear. My meatloaf works with the quorn - maybe make this and slice ??

Or stick with their own burgers.

Or - take a look at their website as they have recipes on there

no worries i'm now having a quorn mush! I prefer cooking from scratch then i know whats in things hehe.. Least i know it'll taste ok even if it looks like a merry muck heap
