can you have too many eggs??

I've just had a poached egg with my breakfast (i'm not lazy, I work nights lol) and I'm making my salad to take to work and the bernard matthews turkey I had last night which I was going to use again today has potato starch in it!! Did NOT see that before! So obviously I dont want to eat that again so am thinking of making egg mayo to have with my salad but that would make it 3 eggs in a day. Is that ok?

Yes, eggs are protein and the government guidelines of no more than however many a week have been disproved. Enjoy your egg mayo!

we eat lots of eggs.....we keep chickens so have plenty......and no feathers or henpecking yet here either!

Same here - my girls keep me stocked up with a constant supply of free diet food!!

Eggs are fine, aldi do a pack of 6 large free range for 99P, I buy them a lot, yes, you have to look carefully at all the processed meats I'm afraid, and the pre packed salads they spray them with sugar and salt water. The supermarkets deny this, but I don't believe them.
