Hi guys, my names leah :)
I was cc for a few weeks and managed to lose 7lbs but then decided to give weightwatchers a go. That didn't really work as after working out my bmr which is 1600 I found that that was pretty much what I was having every day so a bit useless if you're trying to lose weight. So I've seen sense and I'm now counting calories again :) I think its the easiest way to lose weight and it makes me feel so in control.
You guys are all doing so well so I thought I would join you on here :)

I moved from ww also. I find CC so much better. Good luck with your journey. Please keep us updated on how your doing :)
 
Hi! I also moved from Weightwatchers - I really loved the original plan that just counted CALORIES and sat fat, but this new plan had me eating way too much, and I'm only a shortie, so I actually ended up losing nothing after the first week (for a whole month) before I switched to calorie counting. It's the best diet I have EVER done! Welcome aboard and good luck!

I find I eat a lot healthier when cc because I'm more aware of what I'm putting in my body.
With ww its so easy to have a ready meal and then just keep eating because you have weekly points left. I don't think the new plan is very good at all.
I will let you know how I do when I weigh in on Monday :)
