Do U HAVE to drink all that water?!?!

Hi All
Some days Im not geten the 2 litres into me, is that bad???!
Im not hungry, Im just not a great lover of water so not wanting loads of it???

Week 1 ..... 8 pound loss!!!
 
you wont get a good weight loss if you dont drink and maybe a headache too, get drinking now lol
 
There are several reasons. A good rule of thumb for good health is to drink 4pt (2.25 ltr) of fluid a day whether trying to lose weight or not. If the Cambridge Weight Plan is used as the ‘Sole Source’ of nutrition, this is the minimum for good Health.
Is LT the same ?
 
I think I drink to much water, I sip constantly from a sports bottle . I keep about 7 in the fridge at all times so there's always a cold one available. I would really try and drink more
 
Yes it is important. Whilst on LT you aren't getting all the water you used to get from food so it is recommended that you have between 2-4 litres a day. Personally I also found that the more I drank the more I used to lose- not really sure why but it worked!! Maybe it was all the running to the loo!

You must drink at least 2 litres daily, keep sipping the water throughout the day, it is not that bad. My skin feels really good.
