prefer maxitone definity, its cheaper and essentially the same thing... or really just any stuff that says "whey protein"...

you can get definity for £15 in boots.... sculptress is £30

I got stuff from holland and barrett when it was on offer lol

But yeah I've used them both, they're good for muscle recovery, my body hurts a lot less. as long as your accounting for them in whatever diet you follow x
