Optislim?

I've just started buying the slimfast, the asda version (88p for a ready made shake) and I bought an optislim to try, the nicest one by far was the optislim but unfortunatly that was the most expensive. Has anyone else tried it?

I've not heard of it, where is it from? And how much is it?

It's what they have in LLoyds pharmacy, it's £1.79 a sachet and you mix them with water instead of milk. I tried the caramel flavour which was delicious.

I might look out for them, sounds yummy! And you don't have to worry about having skimmed milk in the fridge all the time

Let me know how you get on, I think i'll get one as a treat now and again, can't really afford to have them all the time, but at least you can make them anywhere if it's just water!
