Few questions, bit lost!

Hi

I'm currently doing exante and researching on plans I can switch to afterwards. I'm interested I'm Atkins but I'm vegetarians and I don't eat eggs (well if products containing eggs with I eat, just don't cook with then, don't ask!).
Anyway what book should I be buying, was told there's a section on vegetarians at the back and whether there's products I could buy at tesco and sainsbury's that are low carb?

I just want to know how to get started so I have a clear plan after goal.

Thank you x

Hi there,
Just came across your post. I'm not an expert on Atkins but for vegetarians, have you thought about reading Joel Fuhrman's "Eat to Live" book? It's low carb and veggie based with legumes, nuts etc. I always thought it would be a great way to lose weight if I was a vegetarian. He also has soy and tofu based meal plans. :) Good luck

we do have a couple of veggies on Atkins round here, I'd think it would be hard though, keep us posted please ;)

Oh and that looks like a good post by swissie, sounds more in your line to me :)

Rose Elliot also has a book out, Vegetarian Low Carb.
I thought it was a bit heavy going when I read it when I got it about 3 years ago, but it seems it was just my head, that was having issues getting in to it.
Its not bad now my head is in the right place ;)

Have you got the New Atkins book... its got really good info for vegetarians that weren't in the others. x
