Erm, philly tastes better lol. Quark isnt something you would want in your sandwiches! Its more of a cooking cheese ingreatient I would day.

Yeah it's more of an ingredient. I bought it twice and ended up binning it because I just couldn't take to the taste at all, until I noticed someone recommend using it to make quiche, and it really does make your quiches so delicious!
People also use it to make cheesecakes too!!

Yes it's either next to the cream cheese, or yogurt.
If you mix a white choc options and add sweetner it tastes lovely with strawberries. A bit like a sweet very creamy cream.
I've not tried it any other way but I did read somewhere that if you mix your HEXA amount of stilton and leave overnight, it really takes on the flavour of the cheese. Will be trying this one out!

if you mix a touch of salt and pepper to it, its not too bad, if using alot in cooking a teaspoon of sweetner helps... i have it on toast and everything (with a touch of salt and pepper)
