Evening all! Had wi today and los 1/2lb which is fine - at least it wasnt a gain but am on a mission this week to lose more - I have noticed that since eating WW bread my losses have slowed down so am going to cut bread out completely for a week just to prove a point. Also going to up my intake of fruit and water.
Anyone else have any good ideas on how to increase losses?
