In the past I have been a successful ww member but have always managed to put my weight back on!!!! Feel like I need a change and am hoping sw is just what I need as I can't get my head around new ww plan and always end up wasting points on rubbish on old plan
We go away in 6 1/2 wks and need to get a wriggle on in my weight loss campaign. I am currently weighing in at 14 stone 12. If I exercise and religiously stick to the plan, how much weight loss is achievable?
Also for those who have moved from ww, how did u find the transition and which plan did you follow? I haven't been dieting for a while so hoping for good loss in first week. I'm just really scared the plan won't work for me!
