Scared of making the move

Hi there!

In the past I have been a successful ww member but have always managed to put my weight back on!!!! Feel like I need a change and am hoping sw is just what I need as I can't get my head around new ww plan and always end up wasting points on rubbish on old plan :(

We go away in 6 1/2 wks and need to get a wriggle on in my weight loss campaign. I am currently weighing in at 14 stone 12. If I exercise and religiously stick to the plan, how much weight loss is achievable?

Also for those who have moved from ww, how did u find the transition and which plan did you follow? I haven't been dieting for a while so hoping for good loss in first week. I'm just really scared the plan won't work for me!
 
How much you lose will depend on the individual, but don't expect huge losses each week, it's unlikely on SW.

SW is brill, it's a plan for life & is relatively easy to follow even on hols.
 
As Happy Holidays says everyone is different. SW say a healthy weight loss is between 1 and 2 lb a week. I lost my weight much more slowly, more like 1/2 to 1lb a week but I got to target in the end.
