Heinz spaghetti hoops

I've just had these and assumed them to be free on a green day.... Now I'm doubting my assumption lol can anyone tell me I'd they are classed the same as Heinz spaghetti???
Also I've just brought a food directory from eBay, is this the book that includes the branded syns or have I brought the wrong one ?? Thanks in advance

and yes to the book question; the food directory has near enough everything in, branded and non-branded.. it's very useful! i like to flick through mine with a highlighter finding syn-free and low-syn treats! :]
