Been on a couple of websites to find out what i should be on for successful 2lb a week loss.
Currently i am on 1750 per day but i rarely use them im averaging 1500 a day.
Its confusing as one says i should be on 1750 and the other is saying 1255 a big difference.
Just wondering what others are on?
Im 5ft 7in and currently weigh 17stone 2lbs.
