Newbie here

Hi all :wave_cry:am coming to join you all on your weight lose journey any hints and tips would be fab..
started 5th may weight at doc today ( had to get bloods done) and lost 4Ibs :D:D shocked wasnt the word!!
 
What a great start. Drink Green Tea if you can and drink at least 2 litres of water a day. A multi-vitamin at night is good.
 
i agree with the others... GREEN TEA IS FAB!!!

congrats on starting, and well done on the 4lbs so far!!! thats brill, keep up the hard work and you will get there :)
