eat on the Simply Filling? I've heard that it is similar to the old core plan.

Does anyone have any ideas of what free & filling foods you can have or direct me to where I can find out please.

do you have the books or esource?

in the books its the stuff thats highlighted green

on esource its the ones with the green shading in the points box thing

Thank you for replying to my post.

I just joined WW on line so don't have any books and to point anything I just use my online tracker.

How do I find these things you have stated in your reply?

What <<< linky link (i think thats accurate but just check everything you have by searching for it on your online tracker!)

and you can change your tracker in your settings if you want to do a week and fill it in online

Settings > tracking preference > Edit > I'll follow the Simply filling technique

Might give this a go one week especially when I know I am eating out or going away.
