Hi folks, im starting the Lipotrim Total Food Replacement tomorrow!:) Im a bit nervous as ive been on it before, but after day 3 i couldnt take it anymore! what with cooking meals for my husband and children, i found it too hard! I know if i didnt have to constantly be cooking food for other people i would be ok! :sigh:

Anyway, im 29 and have previoulsy went from a size 26 to a size 14(when i was 17-18) but after the birth of my children ive been going up and down with the weight, plus having a few medical conditions thrown into the mix i just dont seem to have the motivation....... until now! im sitting at 16 stone now, a size 18 sometimes 20 depending on the shop.

Im hoping that other people on the fourm feel the same as me, i just dont want to go anywhere, buy clothes, sometimes i dont even want to get out of bed because the fatness depresses me even more! most of the time i lounge about in pj's or trackies

Anyway, i have 4 days of shakes leftover from last time, so im serious about doin this!! Starting tomorrow!!

You all seem like really nice people, any advice, encouragement, anything would be nice lol i look forward to getting to know ya'll!!

Hey, hang in there!
I slimmed down about 20 years ago using Cambridge Diet then my weight slowly crept up.
Although my weight has fluctuated over the years I constantly rejoined slimming clubs to shed those excess pounds but nothing really worked. I had never been as overweight as I was back in February when I joined Slimming World once again.
Now that I have discovered Lipotrim, I am not going to let myself get that bad again ever!. I think if anyone overweight/obese is thinking I can't possibley adhere to this diet should stop being so negative. Of course you can/anyone can if you want to, you will. You have to change your behaviour and eating habits.:D

Hi Clarebear and welcome,
I have just completed week two and it IS much easier once you get through week one so try to take it a week at a time.
The cooking for others issue, I have a husband and 3 children 2 of them teenage boys so I do sympathise,I try to make sure I cook either just after a shake or fill up on fizzy water. I also find music or radio whilst I am cooking helps to distract me. The biggest obstacle though is not being able to taste,so I have to call someone in to the kitchen to do it.
It is a gruelling diet but I have done WW and SW and the weekly weightloss doesn't even come close and is very demoralising when it is a small loss or even a gain. LT 100% is foolproof:)

Good luck x
