slow but steady!
Hey, so I am wanting to fall in love with SW again. Have been off it for about a year now. Lost about 2 and a half stone last time then stupidly gave up and put half the weight back on. Wanting to up my exercise & get back into healthier eating! Need all the help I can get :sigh:

I pretty much always keep one HEA of milk to use in tea / coffee that day so usually forget to type that up but I am having it!!

Restarted yesterday :)

Mon 9 May

B - bran flakes (HEB), milk ( half HEA)

L - cheese leek ham pasta n sauce (1 syn) with 2 small wholemeal toast (HEB) followed by a yummy fruit salad - grapes, blueberries, watermelon, orange, pineapple (FREE)

Snack - more fruit salad (FREE), mullerlight (FREE), wotsits (5 syns)

D - marshalls macaroni cheese - bit confused about this one it used to be free but now is down as having syns but it says when made up as directed which involves using butter and milk - I didn't use the butter and used milk from my HEA allowance so not sure if it would then be free?? assuming it would be low in syns that way anyway so will count it as FREE just now and if it's not thats ok as plenty spare syns to use today!

total syns for today = 6 (plus maybe macaroni cheese!!)
