Anyone starting this today?
Looking for a shredding buddy:)

Just completed day 1 and it was mad but good.
Waiting to see how hard it is to get out of bed tomorrow.

the aches definitely settle down after day 5.... enjoy :)

No worries with the day your on, its good to have some knowledge of future journeys;) Those press ups are no fun lol an the abb crunches flippin heck:eek:

I woke with hardly any aches tho and i was amazed and thought i'd got away with it. I then ran to get my grandaughter it wasnt far but that kickd it in top of thighs, and now i have the back rib area,every where else is fine thankfully.

I woke today and went into a very positive get uand go mind set.
I can only connect this to the new exercise, either the novelty or the reaction on my body to mind.

Have you noticed any differences with in your daily out look?

Just to say I have ordered this DVD and hoping it will have arrived when get home from work tonight.

From other posts it sounds very hard and challenging but will give it a go!

I ordered mine last week, and it was supposed to arrive yesterday, but was no sign!! But think if it arrived today i'll be a few days behind!! Lokoing forward to it though!!! xxxx

yes I have, I feel a lot chirpier and more energetic, more motivated too.

measured my thighs today and have lost 2 inches off each in 18 days, thats good going, not much coming off anywhere else though :( but just a matter of time I think.

Will be doing day 19 tonight, day 3 level 3 woo hoo! bring it on!!

Ive been held up with 3 year old Grandaughter and severe lack of sleep:cool:

I think everyday was a bit to enthusiastic allowing for im on call for her.

I certainly dont want to take 50 days to do 30 thou, i like my instant fixes lol.

2inches is a nice loss in 18days. ive noticed my belly is out againas my exercise has suffered greatlythe past 2 weeks. Doesnt take long to relax back.

I do intend to do the shred twice a week after to maintain too.:)

i've ordered it too; should have arrived today but have fingers crossed it comes tomorrow!!

need to shred the weight for my sisters wedding next month!!!
 
Ok, day 1 complete and think I overdid some off the "ass kicks" as my legs are killing me!! Good luck to all!! X

Glad to see you have started, I Did my second sitting lat nigt at 11.30pm i just wasnt going to lose another day.

Im upping my arm wieghts thou as its not touching me there, im using 1 kg small ones so i think i have 3 kgs somewhere.
I may also start doing the push ups while im resting on the dumbells will see how it goes. :) My areas of swearing loudly:rolleyes: are..squat punching and push ups,

Thanks Mum2, its annoying when you want to get going i know.
I downloaded mine on the net but the copy has skips in it.
Wish i hunted out a better DL.
But im on a PAYG and it took £10 i could of brought it for that:eek:

If anyone has time who has memorised it, would they mind telling me what the level one exercises positions should be in order.

I'm ashamed to say that even though i only did it this morning, i can't remember all of it!!
What I can remember is:
Arm flinging
Windmills
Jumping jacks
Hip swivelling
Knee swivelling
More JJ's

Push Up's
Lunge & Press
More Push Up's!
More Lunge & Press!

Then something else?! Sit ups or something maybe?!?

I avent had time! or energy to do this again yet.
But today is the day so it seems every other day is it at the moment.
Hope everyones ok.
So day 3 is today :)
 
I've had to rest since yesterday!! Think I overdid it doing the DVD and zumba in the same day and he hurt my knee!!! Ooops! Damn being so eager!!!
