Poussin and Guinea Fowl

I'm just wondering the poussin and guinea fowl - are we just allowed the white meat and skip legs/thigh etc? Or is it literally any part of the bird?
 
As far as I know it's any part except the skin.
 
I confirm... couldn't eat a poussin but love pintade... (now where can I find some!)
