First Day Tommorow...NERVOUS!

So I received my month supply of Exante shakes today, gonna start tommorow. I'm genuinely nervous! I'm doing the Total Solution plan, and it's the first time I've ever done this kind of diet...

I weigh exactly 12 stone and im 5 ft 6 in height, so my BMI is just over 27. I want to get back down to 10 stone (140 pounds), as I felt happiest and the most comfortable I've ever felt is at this weight.

Really hope I can stick to this, I need as much support as possible as my housemates think I'm crazy for attempting this type of diet. But 'conventional' diets really do not work for me anymore as I always fall off the bandwagon when I see like a 1 pound loss a week. I'm just going to keep thinking of when I was almost 16 stone at one point, and keep telling myself do I really want to see myself back there?! NO! :D :D

OK, it's now officially my first day.

Had my first ever shake a couple hours ago, the chocolate one. It's not too bad, bit lacking in flavour but I'm sure I can cope! Really want to see this through for the long haul. :)

On a different note, I woke up with the most agonising tooth ache again :( Luckily, I have an appointment already booked tommorow so hopefully I can get it sorted!

Ok i've just had my final shake for the day and I am SO hungry. Can anyone suggest anything? My tummy is rumbling so badly! :(

Drink lots and lots of water! These feelings are just your body adjusting and the first few days are infamous for being the hardest. Once you get through this week though you won't feel hungry anymore. Stay strong and busy yourself with other things! I always just went to bed early when the hunger pangs started lol! Xx

Hey hun :)
Drink water for the hunger pangs, at least 3 litres a day, then at least there is something in your tummy. The first few days are ming but once you are through them you will be fine, from day 7 ish I had no hunger at all :) Like Lozza says, the best thing is just to get into bed with a book or something lol. I also liked lying on my back and imagining my stomach was flatter cos there was nothing in it....haha weird?! But it made me feel better xxx

I will keep my fingers crossed for you and for me :) ( my 1 day tomorrow too ) :)

Hi! Welcome and good luck!

I found the first 4 days REALLY hard so totally sympathise with you but it got much easier after that point. Stick with it, it will be worth it!

You'll have that weight off in no time! :D xx
