Hello all :wave_cry:,

I have come back to WW after following SW for 8 months and losing 4 stone :D, but it's not working for me anymore as I have a tendency to binge and I need to get my portions under control! I'm going to follow the old points system, as that's what I'm used to!

How does this look?

(Pts allowance 22)

Breakfast: Boiled egg 1.5, banana 1.5. (3)

Lunch: Soba noodles 4, lettuce 0, cucumber 0, balsamic vinegar 0. Apple 0.5. (4.5)

Dinner: fajitas (tortilla 2, 140g chicken 2, tomatoes 0, peppers 0, lettuce 0, fajita mix 0.5), 1 tbsp guacamole 1.5, 1 tbsp fat free fromage frais 0.5. (6.5)

Snacks: 3 rice cakes 1, 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce 0.5, 10g chocolate 1. (2.5)

total, 16.

Lunch: Mug shot 3.5, salad 0, apple 0.5.
Dinner: Salmon 3.5, 150g potatoes 1.5, carrots 0.
Snacks: Carrot sticks with 1 tbsp Houmous, 1.5. Banana 1.5, Blueberries 1.5.
Total: 17

Snacks: apple x 2 0.5. Rice cake with marmite 0.5 Chocolate 1(2)
Total: 14.5

L: Savoury Rice 3, salad & balsamic 0, 2 apples 1 (4)
D: Rice 3, Curry 2 (chicken 2, tomatoes & beans 0) Strawberries 0.5(5.5)
Snacks: Carrots 0, Banana 1.5, rice cakes with marmite 1. Chocolate 1(3.5)
Total: 16.5

Just reading your diary and I'm so happy that it's not just me who has much less points than were allowed.
Jm kinda happy on that amount and that way I don't beat my self up if I have a day with a few more points too. The weight losses have always been good too.

Snacks: Apples 1.5, Pretzels 1.5. (3)
Total: 15.5

I come from the good old days when you were allowed to save 4 points a day!! :) So I try not to have too many, so I can have a treat on Saturday x
