Have come back to SW after a 3 week period on Atkins (Hated it and lost 1lb) I much prefer SW. I have decided to post a diary to try to keep myself on track. Food doesn't seem to be a problem its the alcohol at the weekend!!!!
Anyway, I am doing Red/Green days with EE at weekends (I think)
09/05/11 - Red Day
HEA: 5 x laughing cow cheeses
HEA: 42g LF cheese
HEB: 2 x 400g wholemeal bread
HEB: 3 x asda good for u rye crispbreads
BREAKFAST: 2 slice of toast with butter (2 syns for butter)
Snack: Carrot batons
LUNCH: Turkey & Cheese salad & fruit salad
DINNER: Lamb steaks with swede and spring greens with shallots & gravy. Mullerlite
Snack:
Total syns: Butter 2 syns
Skimmed milk approx 50ml 2 syns (Max)
gravy 2 syns
RUNNING TOTAL = (15 x 7) = 105 - 6 syns = 99 left
Fluid drank - 6 pints of tea (yes I have a pint mug) 3 pint NAS squash 1 pint water
