Hello everyone!

I am dying to cook one of my favourite vegetarian dhal currys, but I need to know the syn value for 1table spoon's worth of Patak's Mild Korma Curry Paste

The recipe I want to cook is this one:
Korma-Style Dhal with Sweet Potatoes and Cauliflower

Just take a look at the calories - it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories. Or you could try doing a search on this forum as I'm pretty sure we have talked about the syn values of these in the past.
