Calculating Pro Points

Hi peeps, I've recently been on The Tony Ferguson diet, which focuses on Low GI...Iv been on it just over 2 months and so far, Iv lost 2 stone and 4 lbs. However, I have started going to the gym 4 times a week and I just dont feel this diet is right for me any more. I need an effective and more sustainable diet/lifestyle approach.

I am considering starting at Weight Watchers(either meetings or online..still undecided) but am unable to afford to pay until at least 2-3 weeks time.

I would like to try it just now though just to get a taster of it and see how it goes.

I would really appreciate if someone could work out on average what my daily Pro Points allowance would be. I will stick my stats below...thanks in advance xxxx

have any of you got a iphone or any phone with appliocations. you can download the ww app free, it will work out your allowance and provides a calculator, tracker etc , i find it brilliant, as i work shifts and sometimes dnt get time to eat what I have prepered so I need to eat on the go, the calculator gives you the chance to work out anything you want so you not guessing on what your eating, well worth it, try it its free x

Thanx 4 that..i dont have an iphone, but i do have an ipod touch..i will try and get that app..thanx x
