does anyone know the syns for the above,someone said it was 2 syns for the whole 200g packet,not sure

info is

energy 83kj/20kcal
protein 0.3g
carbs 3.7g of which is sugars 0.5 g
fat 0.4g of which is saturates 0.1g
fibre trace
sodium 0.35g

1 syn for every 20 calories so yes it should be 2 syns

i cant work it out i got about 10 syns for the pack.am i doin it right .is it 1 syns per 100g? if so my caculations are out

i dont know how to work it out help

There is no free food allowance for gravy so it will be a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories. What information are you putting into the syn calculator?
