Party Food....

Hey,

Soooo last night I went to my friends party and there was party food and I just couldn't resist!!! Im soooo annoyed with myself!!! So now I am facing up to all the syns I had.... I need some help though....

What are the syn values of....

Butterfly cakes...
Bottle of WKD Blue....

I have had no syns today so fingers crossed this will help!! I wont have any tomorrow or the next day if needs must!!!

Impossible to say for sure about the cake unless you know ingredients and serving size. Draw a line and move on but learn from this and plan what you will do next time you are in that position.

Thanks I work that out as 11.5.... Thats one days syns out the window!! lol
