Restarting

after loosing 3 stone, I had to come off for health concerns and money was tight, my cd counsellor has been wonderful about it and am pleased to say in 3 months I only put back on 7 pound, which Iknow will hopefully come back off this week, so today is day 2, supping a black tea as I type and trying to avoid the tub of caramel shortbread that a fellow colleague has bought in!!!!
