What can I drink?

I'm starting out with Slimming world at the moment and it all seems to be quite reasonable what I can and can't eat so I'm not finding the adjustment majorly hard for food, but I'm not so sure with drinks. I had thought in advance that fresh fruit juice would be generally OK with fruit beign syn free, but it seems that all juices and squashes/cordials I look up are actually quite high in syns. I'm sticking to good old fashioned water at the moment and tea with milk from one of my Healthy Extras but there is there some kind of fruit flavoured soft drink that I can drink that isn't high syn?

I quite like Diet Coke and Coke zero (I've never liked full fat coke anyway, it leave a horrid fuzz on my teeth that I can't stand) but I don't want to drink too many fizzy drinks as they give me wind and I work in a job where I spend half my day on the telephone and it sounds bad if I keep hitting the mute button to "cough" XD

All the no added sugar soft drinks and squashes are syn free so you can have them. There are also no-added sugar fruit drinks from Tesco that are free or low in syns. Take a look at the calories and you can quickly work out the syns - 1 syn for every 20 calories.
