Does anyone have any breakfast ideas for when you're on the go?

I can't stomach breakfast before I leave for work. Don't have any facilities really at work to use!

There was a recipie for Quiche in the recipie section, I plan at some point to make up some mini ones on my day off, and can take to work cold for brekkie, bacon and egg quiche mmmmm!

But until I can get round to making some mini quiches, i've been having either some jelly, a bit of cheese and ham or i boil some eggs the evening before.

Ooo great idea! Thank you xx

once you get used to the fact that you'll be eating non breakfasty things for breakfast, it's limitless really. I have prawns, or cold sausages, or egg mayo. You could also buy a soya protein shake to have at work...

I've just been having some cheese or a bit of tuna mayo as cant be bothered making a fry up at 6am lol

Atkins ready to drink shakes aren't bad. Can get them from Boots/Sainsburys/LCM.

Cold sausages/bacon or ham with philadelphia/babybels/macadamia nuts/ready cooked crispy bacon (Sainsburys or Tesco 55g packs)

Thank you all for your ideas! :) xx

I cook a mim the night before sometimes and then just heat up and butter the next morning and it tastes fine .Boiled eggs is the easiest and most convenient if i am in a mad rush and i usually always have a supply made in the fridge .Salami rolled up with cream cheese in the middle is another option i have used .

Thank you :) I'm a bit lost in this first week :)

This morning for breakfast I tried the Atkins Wheat and Rye crackers with some cream cheese and smoked salmon. I loved them! Only had 2 and that was more than enough! They are allowed on all Phases of the diet too. Definitely going back today to buy more packs as they're on sale at 1 pound a pack (10 in a pack)! Really glad I found them as was starting to get a bit sick of cooked breakfast! I'm at the stage where I have to force myself to eat! EEEK!

Definitely going to look forward to breakfast more!! =)
