Hi everyone, back from my break from lipotrim and this infection finally seems to be clearing!
I know it's not always mandatory to come off lipotrim when you are on antibiotics but it was agreed that with the ME as well as the infection my body needed all the help it could get so I agreed to 7 days off. At the end of 7 days the infection was still present so I reluctantly agreed to another 7 day break and another 7 days of antibiotics. At last with only a couple of days left of antibiotics left I'm feeling human again so back on plan monday.
For those of you who think re-feeeding isnt necessary I gained 7lbs in less than a week :cry: and havent had the guts to stand on the scales since but i'm guessing pretty much all of the 2stone i lost has gone back on :wave_cry:
Never mind I'm back on track and i can do this! on the plus side my hubby is also joining me as of tomorrow so as long as i feed our 4 year old food i don't like until i get back in the swing of things it'll be good.
Looking forward to getting back on track xx
