Hi everyone, hope you're all well?
Ok so I have often said that's it... diet starts today! but haven't really meant it.
After being on a training course for 2 days and having time in a hotel to myself... time to think about my future i suppose... I realised that I will never be truly happy until I lose weight. So tomorrow is a new start. I won't be going to a class so I hope people don't mind that I may be asking alot of questions and I will post a food diary, I would be really grateful if people could check in every now and again and any advice would be great. There seems to be lots of advice and motivation around here and i think that's exactly what I need
