I went to carluccios for lunch and had the tuna salad minus the anchovies, dressing and oil and just had balsamic vinegar...sooo as far as I was aware this was free!!! But when it arrived the tuna was quite oily, so I'm guessing the tuna was already in oil 
how should I point this?
