What is the Dukan stance on frylight? Are we allowed to use it instead of oil or is it a no no?

The thing is to use as little oil as is possible. So preferably use non-stick pans and silicone baking trays. If you do absolutely need a bit of oil, then either pop a few drops into the pan (or whatever) and then wipe it around and remove the excess with a piece of kitchen roll. If you use Frylight, then do the same spreading around and wiping out with kitchen roll.

I've only been using one spray so i'm pretty sure it must be the equivalent of wiping the pan with oil. It can't do that much harm soshbfly judging by your results, they're pretty impressive:)

It's one of those things again that you may want to review using if you start to stall; if you're losing no reason to change what you are doing, especially since Dr D seems to change his rules at will!

As Mouse says, it's up to you how strict you want to be with these things.

The least fat possible worked well for me. One thing which really impressed me with Dukan was how it got rid of the excess body fat and left the nice lean muscle.
