Made a desicion, starting back on CD next friday.:))

Shame its not sooner as I have made the desicion now.
My weight is making life hard with 5 kids. I need to be healthy for them. so doing for the kids !

I want to be gorgeous for xmas ! I just turned 30 and now is the time I change my life!

So contacted my old Cd counsellor and start back on the diet friday..

But whilst looking through the Cd website it says I cant do sole sourse coz my bmi is to high..Is this new?

I did ss before.

hi hun and well done. whats your bmi? i had abit of a its time to do something moment when i turned 30 i'm 31 now and this birthday was another moment because i failed last year but i won't this year

Good luck! I think the rules have changed so BMI over 40 must start with ss+ but the weightlosses are similar on both

My bmi is around 40-41 not 100% as my scales are crap and not really sure what I weigh. im 5#'2 and weight around 16-17 stone..

I really hope I do it this time. Food is like an addiction and its going to be hard.. but given my 11yr old daughter permission to slap me if I have a wobble lol

if you start on a higher plan once you get lower you can move to ss

Hello. I'm 5ft, and when I started back in January, I was 16st 6lb.
I'm now 12st 11lb. I've already gone from a size 22 to a 16.

I SS'd from the beginning. (there is some disagreement about whether CD rules have changed it not now).

As your BMI is bigger than 40 you will need to get the form signed by your doctor before you can start. Could you ask your cdc to send you this now so you get this sorted? Then you'll be able to start sooner? (If your doctor is anything like me, then it may take time to get an appointment)

Honestly cd is the best thing I have ever done. I turn 30 end of May - so it was a huge motivator for me!

Soo maybe wont be starting next friday then if i need a docs note signed Boooo I have just texted my cdc to see if i can speed it up.
