Hi everyone,
i have decided to start slimfast. I have dried many diets my last being the cambridge diet but i fell pregnant and had to stop and then i just couldnt get back into it afterwards. miss food too much.
thats why i like the idea of slim fast cos you are not actually starving yourself you can ACTUALLY eat.
I have found loads of recipes for the 600cal or less meals and i have even found some recipes for 200cal or less meals aswell. I will post the recipes that i have got so far. I do love cooking!
anyway about me, i am 25 with 3 beautiful children aged 3,2 and 1.glutten for punishment lol!!!
I am currently studying psychology and sociology so that i can go to uni next year to study to be a mental health nurse.
I am currently around 22st which is millions overweight. I do not want to start uni next year being this weight i eventually want to get down to at least 12 stone, but i will set myself mini goals.
would love a diet buddy to do this with so if anyone else is starting monday or has about the same amount to lose maybe we could do it together.
any tips and advice anyone can give me aswell would be great.
Thanks for reading!
good luck everyone whos starting it and well done to those who have lost already.
louise xx

Hi Louise, welcome to Slim Fast! :) I'm just about to finish a degree in Psychology, and I've applied to do a postgraduate course to become a mental health nurse! It's so nice to meet somebody else with the same career goals :) Liz is right, keeping a diary really does help, so I'd suggest you set one up in the diaries sub-section, and we can all follow your progress :) Let us know how your first week goes! :)

Hi hun, Good luck, I started this morning :) x
