Well I'm not that new I was on here once before but... new diet, new name new me! thats the plan anyway

Lost alot of weight in 2009 and since put on over 2 stone so I need to get back on track before I end up back to square 1

Following low calorie, low fat and exercise

just bought myself a bike and planning on exercising lots that way also using my wii games and waking as exercise too.
 
Oooo bike riding and Wii fitness games youll be and running ready and lising weigjt in no time ..
