Just wondered if anyone could shed some light on this.
Onions are listed as minimal carb foods in the keto friendly sticky, but on inspection 1 onion contains 14.9g of carbs which seems very high for a "minimal" carb food
Very confused
Does it mean you should have a minimal amount rather than it being a minimal carb food? I don't know what context it's written. I know from previous low carbing, spring onions are better than 'normal' onions.
