Frozen veg in soup?

Hi, not sure if I'm posting in the right place.

Does anyone know if you can make a good veg soup using frozen veg? I have loads of bags in the freezer and hardly ever buy fresh. Would it still turn out the same?

Fresh veg is sometimes quite expensive and feels like a waste to just get souped rather than in a proper meal (if that makes sense)

Yep just the same. My Mum always used frozen carrots in her soup.

Yeah definately, i am a cook in a primary school and we only use frozen veg in our soups and they are always really yummy!!
