Yes I tried it when I was having slow losses and it worker for me. I love EE because it's so flexible and I love meat with pasta/rice but I had to mix things up a bit because my losses slowed right down.
I incorporated more salads & veg soup into my week and had a better loss for it.
I'm going through a pasta & rice phase at the mo so I'm thinking of trying a few green days.
