Hello 
Im new to this but im loving the forum .. Since january i have been telling myself i will lose 3 stone this year .. were now in may and ive not lost anything .. So im using this forum for a kick up the bum .. Ive done SW before and it was very sucessful .. but now ive put the weight back and and even more!
