Can I just ask if Pilgrims Choice Mature (lighter) is still ok for 42g as a HXA?

I'm guessing at 30% less fat it's practically the same stuff?

Tesco didn't have ANY Cathedral today so I just grabbed this as it was 2 for £4.

Again, sorry if this is in the wrong place. I don't half panic about my cheese

If it is cheddar cheshire of mozzerella (sorry sp) low fat then it should be OK for 42g. Its not actually mentioned on syns online though on the HEA named products unlike Cathedral City and others. Hope this helps, I would just go with if it is low fat cheddar,cheshire, or mozzerella then it should be fine.
