Hiya,
No, I don't have the nutritional info with me I accidently left it at work! I will post it tomorrow if you're able to work it out for me that'd be great! I had one today and it was lush and a really easy lunch so if its low in syns I'll be very happy!

Hi Graciebabes,
I've got the nutritional info so if you (or anyone else) could work out the syns for me that would be brilliant!

Per 100g:
66 cals
4.3 g protein
8.6 g carbs
1.4 g fat
0.6g fibre

Package size is 300g and contains chicken and potatoes for free food.

4 Syns per package/portion on Green

5 Syns per package/portion on Original

not too bad really :] that was with both chicken and potatoes as free food

i got 4 1/2 syns when i worked it out.. i don't get why it would be the same on both red and green as extra easy? unless the chicken and potatoes are worth about the same.. when i put it through as red instead of both i got 5 syns! argh this is well confusing >.< specially when i looked up the chicken curry and it took off nothing for the chicken in that ahh well. i'm calling the casserole 5 for me today
