Donegal catch Lemon Sole
Grilled chicken in Sea salt and black pepper
WW Meal (I like classic cottage pie)
Tesco Lightly dusted haddock is 5PP
You can have anything with veg , I find that dieting is hard because we tell ourselves we want more because thats why we are overweight in the first place. I think WW Pro points is very manageable and easy to stick to... but I like my alcohol at the weekends and if I do break it that is where I break it. Im on 29 points a day and I could live on fruit and veg , but my head tells me "eat that and drink this" when my body isnt hungry my mind is just used to a routine and habit of eating whatever i like.

You MUST write down everything you eat. If you are a snacker make sure its only fruit you have to hand. I found that my second week I overate and snacked so much. I think its our bodies adjusting

Also you might be thirsty and not hungry , drink water as often as possible. Dieting isnt hard... we ust make it hard because we are greedy and we always want more... its harsh but its the truth. Thats certainly how I got here anyway.

I have smoked trout, tuna, LIdl's has frozen fish that are between 5-7 ppts and yummy, grilled chicken, I also make my own dishes, casseroles, meat loaf, etc. I have been faffing around since christmas moving from discovery to pro points and this week lost 2 lbs. am so pleased! keep at it. x
