Syns for Sainsburys Thai grenn curry

Hi

Please can someone tell me the sysn for the sainsburys microwave thai green curry. It's got to be a healthy one with low syns (hopefully) as the little nutritional circle that sainsbury's have on their food is green all round. I guestimated at 6 but don't know if I am close.

This is the recipe sub-forum so you would have been better posting in the syn values section. But you can work out the syns in sauces using 1 syn for every 20 calories. I think you might be surprised how high in syns it is.

ETA Is it just the sauce? If not and the main ingredient is a free food that the above calculation will not be right. Try posting the nutritional info in the syn values sub-forum and someone can work it out for you.
