need cake help!!

i am desparate for cake but made the lemon cous cous cake yesterday but didnt like it at all. Does anyone have any low syn recipies pease? x:wave_cry:

Hi claira, I quite like the SW carrot cake. Blend weetabix with scan bran and some hot water, flavour it with mince meat and mixed spice. Grate lots of carrot, mix it up and pop it in the oven. For the topping use quark and lemon juice sweetened with splenda. It's just what you need to calm down your cake cravings
