Stephys diary...any help very welcome :D

Eeeek this i smy 1st post & my 2nd day of SW, i'm pretty skint so cant afford the meetings but my fried gave up on SW last week & gave me her books & i think ive go the hang of it if i'm wrong please help =D

day 1:
B - 2 poached eggs with beans
S - pineapple chunks
L - baked potato with prawns in extra light mayo & tomato ketchup (1 syn?? i used 2 tbspn mayo & 1 tblsp ketchup but only used half th sauce) & a salad with ff viniagrette
S - coffee, black with sweetener and kiwi, grape & melon
D - SW chips with oven roasted peppers, onions mushrooms & chicken...i used one of those new oven bags with the seasonin from th tv ads...are these free cuz its just herbs put into a oven bag??

Also had coffee with skimmed milk - 1 Syn
HeA = 28g cheddar
HeB = 2 slices wholemeal nimble....i had cheese on toast with my He A&B is that ok??



Day 2:

B - 2 poached eggs & beans
S - banana, melon & mullerlight toffee (is this still free)
L - SW burgers made with lean mince and spices, onion & pepper..all cooked on a bbq without oil or fat and a salad with lettuce, scallion, grape & ff viniagrette & a black coffee

ill hopefully remember to finish this later =]
 
Hi stephy, Its looking good ive done sw many times and still learning. Is day1 EE and day2 Green?x
 
You said you had lean mince have you syned this? as it's only extra lean mince that is free :)

im doing EE all the time of possible

Dinner tonight was baked potatoe with 28g cheddar (Healthy extra) and oven roasted chicken with carrots, parsnips and onions

I'm about to tuck into a frozen strawberry mullerlight
