Lemon and ginger tea

Hello,

I am really sensitive to caffene so often drink de-caf, de-caf green tea or lemon and ginger tea... just wondering whether lemon and ginger is allowed on Dukan? It is my favourite hot drink.

Yes flavoured teas are fine so long as no sugar/actual fruit in them.

Cos I had the bright idea a month or so ago to start my day with cold water and lemon juice DUH! Stalled my loss!

Oh, I though you could use lemon for flavour? Can you use lime? Like when cooking? X

He says not to use (either) as "drink"... a little spray on a fish is fine... Many on Atkins also find "citric acid" can cause a stall, so it's probably that.
