Once you started S/S how long was it before you noticed you had lost that bloated feeling and your stomach shrunk.

hiya springador, ive been doing this 9 days and don't get as bloated from drinking but still getting a bit bloated

What bloated feeling? I miss feeling bloated . All I feel now is like my ribs are going to cave into the vacuum where all that food used to be! Ignore me it's the hunger talking
