Hi what do think would be best SYN wise a chicken kebab or a tandoori mixed grill and what would you say would be the syn values, just started back and want to try and be accurate.
hi, i dont know about the tandori syn wise but i have a large chicken shish(red day) and i chuck the white pitta(7syns) in bin and have a wholemeal one ready when it arrives and pop it in the toaster(healthy extra) ...no syns
