Minimizing damage from binges.

Work it out with some exercise?

i tend to do a 20 min treadmill workout if i've had a binge.
 
Just jump straight back on plan, perhaps less syns till Thursday and drink water? One day binge can often be minimised if you stick to plan afterwards :D Good luck Thursday will be thinking of you. Don't beat yourself up about it. We all do it. I sat and ate 3 packets of crisps one after the other on Saturday, didn't need them but once I had one packet it lead to more
